How we helped TeachFirst

Matt Horine, the Head of IT at TeachFirst was managing the growth of the IT system from 50 users to 350. With lots of new systems being implemented over 7 sites his users were complaining about the email system.

By using our 3 step process;

1.we assessed how the slow application was affecting business, 2.found the root cause using metric correlation and Opnet tools. 3.kept the system running well using real time dashboards and alerts
